The 18th Annual Screen Actor’s Guild Awards took place last night, with “The Help” garnering three bronzen statuettes. The film won “Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture”, Viola Davis won “Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role”, and Octavia Spencer won “Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role.”
In addition to sweeping three SAG Awards, the film’s winners possessed killer style.

Viola Davis appeared like a Greek goddess in an off-white silk chiffon Marchesa gown accented with detailed gold work.
With Davis and Spencer becoming more recognized actors after winning prestigious awards, they must also build upon their looks and presentation. Incorporating only a few, simple yet elegent jewlery pieces allowed their dresses to shimmer, while bringing their looks together. By succesfully pulling of the Marchesa and Shoji gowns, they demonstrated their ability to shine and shock viewers thanks to their perfectly constructed ensembles. Let’s see what they bring to the Oscars! Judging from their outfits last night, however, it seems that they won’t need any “Help” at all.
